About the NTUC Card
1. What is the new NTUC Card?
 

The NTUC Card is a magnetic stripe card that allows cardholders to earn & redeem LinkPoints at Fairprice and other participating merchants. The NTUC Card has replaced the old NTUC Gold Link Card (and silver Link Card with hologram) and used as proof of NTUC membership with effect from 1 December 2004.

   
2.. How do I use the new NTUC Card?
  You have to present the new NTUC Card for issuance & redemption of LinkPoints at our participating merchants.
   
3. When will the new NTUC Card expire ?
  The NTUC card has no expiry date. 
   
4. Can I apply for a supplementary Card for my family members?
  There are no supplementary cards. 
   
5. What should I do if my card is damaged, lost or stolen?
  You should report the loss or damage to the NTUC Customer Service Centre. You may download and complete a Card Replacement Form here and send it to:

6. What is the administration fee for the replacement Card?
  Administrative fee of $3.00 (inclusive of GST) is applicable for any replacement Card. 
 
   
LinkPoints Programme
1.

What is the LinkPoints Rewards Programme?

  The LinkPoints programme is a customer-benefits programme for NTUC Cardholders. With the NTUC Card, you can earn and redeem LinkPoints when you shop at hundreds of our participating merchants' outlets in Singapore. This is in addition to the rebates currently enjoyed by FairPrice shareholders.

How does the LinkPoints Rewards Programme work?

  When you present your NTUC Link Card at the sales counter of any LinkPoints Merchants’ outlets, LinkPoints are issued and stored in our system. These LinkPoints can subsequently be used to redeem for attractive vouchers or/and items at our participating merchants’ outlets, at the LinkPoints Rewards Centre as well as our Online Rewards.

How and where can I earn LinkPoints?

 

You can earn LinkPoints whenever you shop at any of our participating merchants' outlets, identified with the LinkPoints signages. You are required to produce your NTUC Card at point of purchase to earn LinkPoints. An updated list can be found at LinkPoints website at www.linkpoints.com.sg. The LinkPoints may only be made to cardholders who make the purchase(s) personally at the point-of-sale.

You can also earn LinkPoints when you shop with the NTUC-OCBC VISA Card as well as through many OCBC Bank products.

   
4.

How and where can I redeem the LinkPoints?

 

When you present your NTUC Card at the redemption counter, the amount of LinkPoints required for redemption is deducted through your Card using the terminal. The transaction is recorded on the receipt. You can readily redeem your LinkPoints at any of the participating merchants’ outlets identified with LinkPoints signages. You may check out who the Link Merchants are from LinkPoints website at www.linkpoints.com.sg

You may also redeem items at LinkPoints Rewards Centre as well as our Online Rewards.

   
5.

Is there an annual fee?

 

The annual fee for participating in the LinkPoints Rewards Programme is 500 LinkPoints. This is deducted from the accumulated number of LinkPoints you have at the end of a calendar year. If you have insufficient points, you will not be required to top up the difference in cash and the outstanding amount will not be carried forward to the next year.

NTUC Link reserves the right to review the participating fee.

   
6. When will the LinkPoints expire?
  The LinkPoints earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31 December of that year. However, cardholders are given an additional six months' grace period to redeem their LinkPoints. NTUC Link may from time to time, amend the validity period of the LinkPoints. LinkPoints not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire..
   
7.

Can I combine the LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption?

  Yes, You may combine LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption as long as they are not expired.

What should I do if my NTUC Card is damaged, lost or stolen?

 

You should report the loss or damage to the NTUC Customer Service Centre or email membership@ntuc.org.sg .

Who can I call for enquiry?

 

If you encounter any problem using your NTUC Card at a sales counter, you should check your card at another sales counter or outlet. If you still have problem with your card, call our Customer Service Hotline at 6213-8008 or email membership@ntuc.org.sg for assistance.

Alternatively, you can drop by our office at No 1, Marina Boulevard #B1-01, One Marina Boulevard to have your card checked and replaced (if necessary).

Where can I update my address?

 

You can update your address here, call our Customer Service Hotline at 6213-8008 or email membership@ntuc.org.sg. You may also contact your union or walk in to NTUC Centre .
