The union employability representatives comprise a network of dedicated union leaders who helps to promote learning and skills upgrading amongst the workforce so that workers can enhance their employability and stay relevant to the company’s business.
Company’s acknowledgement and support for the union employability representative will enable your workforce to have a voice in the area of training so that you could leverage on the UER network to help promote training at the workplace as well as career counseling.
